General Information
Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If there is ever any concern about your photos, please let us know, and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
Options: We love to create new packages and projects for our clients. We offer a wide collection of wall art, books, office gifts, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, and cards, both a la carte and in Curated Collections. If there's something else you'd like to see, let us know, and we'll do our best to create it.
Digital Images: Digital files may be purchased as part of our Curated Collections, or individually. Digital images, or copies of your Gallery, are not automatically included with your Portrait Session. When you purchase high-resolution digital files of the images created for you, you will receive authorization to reproduce those images for your personal use only. You may reproduce those specific images in online or print formats. In order to maintain the quality of the images, you may not alter the images in any way prior to reproduction.
In certain instances social-media sized image files may be included with a portrait experience. The Client will be notified that these specific watermarked files may be used for certain types of social media only.
DVDs and Flash Drives: If your Photo Session package includes a DVD, please note that DVDs are formatted to view on your computer, and while DVDs will work on most TVs, they may not work on all sets. Flash drives and/or downloads are also sometimes included with our Curated Collections.
Permission: We always obtain permission from the organization holding an event before photographing it. If at any time you do not wish to have your family member's photo remain on the web site, please let us know the file number(s) and we will remove the images immediately.
Model and Property Release: By engaging the services of J Ferber Photography, either individually or through a sponsoring organization, you agree that J Ferber Photography has permission and the right to use any and all images of persons, places, or things; in all forms and media for any lawful purpose; and to edit and copyright all images; without compensation to any subject appearing in the images.
Price Guarantee: Since we are constantly updating and improving our services, prices may change at any time without notice. However, your prices are guaranteed not to change for six months once your Photo Session is scheduled and the session fee is paid.
Copyright: Please note that all images created by J Ferber Photography in any form, whether in galleries, for reference, or used in any manner are protected under current Federal Copyright Laws. All images created by J Ferber Photography may not be reproduced unless specifically purchased as reproduceable images. J Ferber Photography retains the irrevocable and exclusive copyright to all images.
