Portrait Session Information
Relaxed and Comfortable
When asked to describe my portrait style in one word, my daughter's reply was "Comfortable - you make everyone feel comfortable during their session so they look relaxed."
You want genuine expressions, and timeless, beautiful portraits, so I make your Portrait Session as relaxed and fun as possible for everyone - whether we're creating portraits of Seniors in High School or Seniors in years; dogs, cats, or horses, or all of the above.
For additional details about any Portrait Session, including tips on planning your Session and encouraging the participation of, especially, teenagers and older family members, feel free to contact me. I'm happy to share my Style Guides and additional information to make your Portrait Session planning easy and fun, and your Portrait Sessions surprisingly easy!
Planning Your Portrait Session
I'll help you plan the details of choosing settings and what to wear. We'll discuss how and where you plan to use and display your portrait artwork, to ensure that color palettes and styles incorporate into your home and office designs beautifully.
During your Session I'll gently work with all the participants at their pace, offering posing suggestions that always feel natural, not contrived.
We'll create a variety of images to suit you and your Portrait goals: from a timeless family portrait or a portrait of a special pet, to showing the joy of your family and animals in action.
Perfecting Your Portraits
After your Session, I'll use my proprietary editing process to make sure everyone looks their best - never "edited" - just like they had a really good day! Your portraits will be genuine reflections of those you love.
I'll create a Gallery of selected images for you to review. Together, we'll plan your finished artwork. I'll do any finish retouching and create unique, personal artwork - wall art, albums, and a variety of other options - that you will cherish forever.
Portrait Session Formats
Portrait Sessions include everything from your initial consultation, planning, the Session time, editing, to preparation of your Gallery. We'll review your Gallery, and create your Portrait Artwork plan, at your personal Ordering Session.
From a Portrait Session of one special pet, to a family reunion portrait, every Portrait Session receives my detailed attention and professional services to create a unique Gallery of images for you.
Because it's important that you receive exactly the type of Portrait Artwork that is best for you, instead of specifying traditional packages such as a set number of prints, our Sessions include a Print Credit, which you may use toward any type of artwork you desire.
Your investment in Portrait Art takes into consideration the type of session; number of family members, whether people or pets; and the time we spend during the session, which may range from 30 minutes for a very elderly pet, to three hours for an extended Family or High School Senior session. Our most popular Session is our Signature Portrait Session, approximately 2 hours of active Portrait Session time, with a fee of $425.00, including a $150.00 Print Credit.
We offer artwork in forms perfect for every style and size of home or office: wall art, albums, gift prints, metal prints, greeting cards, digital images, and many other options that we'll review during your Ordering Session.
